St Heliers Salsa is at St Heliers Church & Community Centre at the heart of St Heliers and is an easy drive from Mission Bay, Glendowie, Kohimarama, Orakei, Glendowie, Meadowbank, St John, and Glen Innes.

Salsa Dancing is cultural & social, it benefits your health, fitness and lifestyle and best of all anyone can learn to Salsa dance.

Beginners course - introduces you to Salsa and is designed for the complete beginner with no dance experience. You will learn how to dance 20 moves giving you a solid foundation to build on.

Improvers course - builds upon the beginners level and teaches 15 new combinations of increasing difficulty.

No dance partners required & no previous experience is needed.
